Abstract: Structural analysis carried out in the Umbrian pre-Apennines allowed us to characterize the Narni thrust. It is defined by two NW-SE trending thrust planes which develop a tectonic element, made of overturned pelagic sequence, organized in a sort of duplex and localized between the hangingwall and the footwall.
