| Abstract: | The carbonate ranges in the sheet "Tagliacozzo" are characterized by both Latium-Abruzzi platform and Sabina slope facies deposits. The Sabina ranges, with an average N-S trend, are characterized by a thrust structure, with an eastward vergence; the outermost thrusts mark the surface trajectory of the "Olevano-Antrodoco" line. The flysch deposits are affected by thrusting too, which causes their tectonic superimposition over the western margins of the platform. [...] |
