Abstract: The present note reports the results of ten field work campaigns carried out within one year on the same profile of emerged shore. On the shore in object, located along the Maceratese cost-line, morphological and grain-size studies were carried out in corrispondence of the most significant marinemethereologic events. The parameters, related to the characteristic elements of the shore, were obtained from the morphological analysis following the method suggested by CAROBENE & BRAMBATI, (1975). Although the amount of data worked out is rather limited, the above parameters, reported also on diagrams, show clear correlations between them. The mean size and the standard deviation (FOLK & W ARD, 1957) were worked out of each sample from the transverse profile of the shore in corrispondence of both morphological variations and grain-size variations. The values of the mean size were then visualized on diagrams. Finally, the different conditions surveyed on the shore in object were connected, where possible, with the marinemethereologic events that occurred between one survey and the other.
